Thankfully, I’m insured through MAS, and they’ve partnered with NOVUS for windscreen replacements. The whole process couldn’t have been easier. I didn’t have to submit a claim or chase paperwork — NOVUS handled everything directly with MAS, which was a huge relief. If you’ve ever had to replace a windscreen, you’ll know it can be a bit nerve-racking. You never really know if the aftermarket glass will match the quality of your original one. I drive a 2015 Subaru Outback and was quite particular about what I wanted, so I came into this with a lot of questions and concerns. I was lucky enough to work with Bayley at NOVUS, and honestly, he was incredible. I’m not the easiest customer — I like to understand all my options and ask a lot of questions before making a decision. Bayley took it all in stride, never rushed me, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect replacement. After the install, he and the team even helped me sort out a few minor quirks with my car (nothing to do with the glass itself, just Subaru being Subaru). Now, a few months on, the new windscreen is holding up beautifully — no leaks, no fitment issues, no problems at all. In fact, I’d go as far as to say it might be better than the original OEM one that came with the car.
