“Pioneer moved my household items from CHCH to Marlborough Sounds, December 2019. It was a tricky move in that there was boat access only and a steep hill up to the new house. Justin and his crew were pros the whole way from quoting right to the end of the job. Justin knows his crew and his vehicles well, knew how to protect my gear from damage and was well organised. His moving crew were friendly, fit and pros at moving the gear around. I appreciated Pioneer's work as it took a lot of stress out of what was already a stressful time (Xmas and moving house!). I had 2 other companies come up and quote but it was obvious they didn't understand the job and totally over complicated it....not to mention they were far more expensive too.”

“Our family has taken adventure trips for the last 10 years and this trip to New Zealand was the most awesome trip our family has ever taken. This was the unanimous opinion of all 7 adult members of our family. Our 2yo granddaughter was also on the trip and Dee took care of any special arrangements for her. She even bought a hiking backpack for her parents to carry her in and now Dee and Steve have that one as something they can make available to others. NZ was amazing and Dee was equally amazing. She took care of all the details, both before and during the trip. We had numerous zoom meetings prior to traveling and Dee took the time to answer all of my questions and research any new ideas that surfaced. Once in New Zealand Dee kept in good touch with us. If an activity was going to be impacted by bad weather, she was on it immediately. She called us even before we had thought about what we should do differently. Whenever there was an option for an upgrade or a welcome gift, Dee made sure it happened. I will 100% use Luxury Adventures as our travel planners. I guess it's pretty obvious that I can't say enough positive things about Dee and the trip she planned. So much so that if you wanted to ask me any other questions I'm fine with Dee connecting us.
