The ladies were so informative and gental & in having such exceptional work ethics my child felt safe & was able to complete the work & even have an injection with no anxiety at all which just blew me away! “Can't speak more highly of Cherie! This is our second experience with her, firstly diagnosing my husband's ADHD in 2020 and now our son's ASD. She was great to deal with and was really good at engaging with our son. She wrote a thorough and detailed report and the costs were nowhere near as expensive as other places. I think some of the other reviews are disgruntled customers who just disagree with professional opinion.”

Cynthia made me feel at ease and fully explained everything, from the taking of background information, the testing process and the results. She was clearly very knowledgeable about the various hearing aids available and I did not feel under pressure to make a hasty decision. That said I was so confident that I had all the information I needed to make a reasoned decision that I ordered hearing aids immediately.
