I cannot fault the treatment I have experienced here. I’ve been twice now and as someone with pretty severe anxiety around the dentist I was treated with so much respect, kindness and compassion by everyone involved in my care. Had to have a few teeth pulled and a decent amount of fillings and Shane the dentist who did them did an absolutely AMAZING job. He noticed whenever I was uncomfortable and slowed down and made sure that I wasn’t in any pain during the extractions. I have next to no pain almost 48 hours later and I’m just so impressed with everything.
Managed to get a very short notice appointment to deal with broken teeth. Couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work
From the moment I walked in ,I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Emma the hygienist is amazing put me at ease straight away by her friendly outgoing personality. Shane the dentist, I would totally recommend. Goes out of his way to help very caring. Prices amazing for treatment. Go check them out, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you team
Absolutely shocking customer service. A horrible corporate response and no accountability to the patient/client when an appointment is changed due to the company’s unavailability. On two separate occasions, after waiting months for a cleaning, I was told the appointment needed to be rescheduled (within 24 hrs of the day booked) And the next available was months from the original date. When I asked to speak to a manager or customer service agent to address the matter I was given an 0800 number and told it was “corporate”. I recommend finding a local dentistry that is run by the operator and cares about you and your teeth being cared for in a timely manner.
Very professional and welcoming, quick and priced well. Nobody really wants to go to the dentists but these guys are good
