“I have worked in the field of mental health with Becky for a number of years. I can attest, not only to her personal qualities of warmth, compassion and genuineness, but also to her high level of ethical and professional standards. Choosing to see a therapist is a big decision. Perhaps you have reached a point where you feel you need some guidance, feel stuck or want to move forward? I would highly recommend Becky as she is astute and has years of clinical experience. Becky has worked with people from many backgrounds, across the lifespan, who have struggled with a range of emotional, behavioural and interpersonal difficulties. I believe, with her therapeutic approach, you will gain clarity on the issues that led you to seeking therapy. Her aim is to teach you how your beliefs may be examined and replaced with thoughts and behaviours that ultimately give you freedom to live a more fulfilling and rewarding life. So I would recommend giving her a call. Even if the CBT approach isn't quite the right fit for now, Becky will be helpful in pointing you in the right direction to other services.”

“Outstanding environment & my councillor is fantastic.”
“I fully endorse Andrew as a top rate councilor .To be fair as an old school ,blue collar worker ,probably a little skeptical about opening up to others in relation to personal matters, Andrew was personable, considerate ,and caring enough ,to be able to instill trust not only in myself but my wife in order for us to gain a better understanding of our natures. We have left now to hopefully carry on communicating in a far less confrontational manner ,to our mutual benefit best regards Glen”
“Has taken me awhile to figure out how to post this :-) I saw Ali for quite some time for historic trauma counselling. Honestly what a game changer for me. Learning how to recognize some of my triggers & identify how emotions manifest physically in my body has allowed me to be more at peace & experience a level of calmness I've not had before. Ali always made me feel so comfortable & I will always be grateful I was guided to her. My partner at the time who is well connected in this field was advised that "she is one of the best" Thank you Ali x”
