“I am writing to express my appreciation for the recent efforts of Tania Clarke, a Business Development Manager. In the last month I contacted several shipping agencies for quotes, to facilitate the importation of an electric bicycle, from New Zealand to Australia. Of all the agents I contacted, Tania stood out for her communication skills and helpfulness. The combined cost of airfreight and customs clearance is about the same across most companies, yet Tania was the only one who offered a seafreight quote which is slightly cheaper. Quotes are not instantaneous, and Tania constantly kept me updated, so that at no point was I left wondering why I was waiting. I consider Tania to be a true professional, who genuinely enjoys her work and truly wants to help people achieve their goals. Unfortunately, at the last minute, the vendor had a supply issue and I was unable to purchase the bicycle I wanted, so the whole process was cancelled. “If was early May and we were on a bus back to Onehua. We ordered a taxi from another company 20 mins prior to our bus arrival because all the taxis were very busy. The taxi failed to show up as the driver got stuck in a parking lot and we were so hopeless as we really wanted to catch the sunset at Mudbrick. I saw a big van taxi parked on the street and a lady driver having a break so I was wondering if she can take us to Mudbrick. She stopped eating straight away and let us in and took us to Mudbrick in the fastest speed. We couldn't be more grateful to her because we wouldn't be able to enjoy the beautiful sunset without her sacrificing her meal break. Thanks again for the legend!”
