When I reached out about an issue with my dog, he told me if things didn’t improve over the weekend, he would personally come to my house to check on my dog. I also texted him about plaque concerns on my dog’s teeth and he called me straight away with helpful advice. On top of the amazing service, the food itself is excellent quality and actually more affordable than the big brands – plus it feels great to be supporting a local NZ business. Truly outstanding service and product!”
