“I had 3 weeks of treatment - one week at the Epsom branch and Dave & the ladies were amazing - seamless, reassuring, and absolutely positive each day - before, during and after treatment. Made a huge difference to the outcome and you feel like a valued human being. The new Norrh Shore branch has teething issues to resolve with wait times and scheduling, however they are trying and were receptive to feedback. Was great to see Dave’s friendly face on the North Shore for my last two days - he truly cares and celebrates your accomplishment with ‘that’s another one done.’. Shout out to Yasmin & Briar along with the lovely receptionists at both places. These photos are on my last day - all completed & again with the same positivity from the team for completion. Also a shout out to Dr Pearce who really puts you at ease from the outset - has a big smile & a warm caring heart.”

“Was served yesterday by a lovely doctor and nurse Harriet (hope that’s how I spell her name) Sister is absolutely terrified of needles and is very prone to panic attacks and it’s the best experience so far with my sister. Best experience with needles so far, didn’t even realise she had multiple needle pricks throughout the removal of the lesion, that’s how great Harriet was (also the doctor). Would recommend! and not to mention the fact that Harriet was also so lovely (also very funny) Thank you so much for giving my sister a lovely experience despite her nervs.”

“Cheap prices if you're a community services card owner, got a wisdom tooth extracted for $40 very clean and very professional. They are students so some patience and understanding is required but the work they put in is exceptional quality. Would highly recommend going here for dental services”

“My recent stay at Capri Sanctuary literally turned my life around. The environment is comfortable and peaceful and you are made to feel completely safe and at home. The visiting professionals and permanent staff are all perfectly suited to their roles with the emphasis on a whole body approach to wellness. As well as the excellent DBT based program, (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), the sanctuary also provides a well equiped gym with a personal trainer, weekly massages, yoga training and a very nice spa pool, perfect for after a workout or yoga. The meals prepared by the full time chef are oustanding and the grounds are well looked after and beautiful for a stroll or a quiet sit in the sun. The DBT program taught me the use and benefits of mindfullness in our daily lives. It also provided me with practical tools for distress tolerance, improving my social effectiveness, and taking control of my emotions rather than being controlled by them as I had been prior to arrival. I cannot thank all the great people involved in the Capri Sanctuary program enough for the kindness and excellent care that was provided to me during my stay. Thank you all. I wrote that review a short time after my stay at Capri. Well it's one year ago now that I arrived at the Capri Sanctuary. I was a lost soul at that time with nothing good happening in my life and no hope for the future. The changes I was able to make with the help of the team at Capri and the support of my family got me out of that really dark place and begin to get my life back on track. One year on I am pleased to be able to say the foundations laid during my time at Capri and the tools I was equiped with have enabled me to rebuild my life. Some of the changes have been rapid and dramatic, others small and incremental but all are positive and collectively have given me back my life.
