They have gone out of their way recently when I had a brake down with my front suspension failing ( not force4’s fault. Was the installer. ). They did not hesitate to get in contact with their closest supplier to me and get me in also sending me through some new products I needed for the repair. With out a doubt, Force4 are bloody on to it!”

I know the culture they foster within is strongly geared towards providing gentle guidance, empathy and being emotional intelligent in how they care and interact with our children. The actual service Fantails provides is also to a high standard - there is a routine, there are protocols, and they following the New Zealand early learning framework very closely and keep us in the loop about how our children are progressing in relation.
