“We had Alexia design and install our new kitchen in St Heliers and couldn't be happier with the result. We are super fussy and wanted a lot of features. They had to work around an existing island footprint and what they created was outstanding. A designer, entertainer's kitchen. What I love is that Craftwood is a one stop shop, design, install and after sales service. Their after sales service is exceptional. I really can't rate them highly enough.”

“Fantastic Service. This isn’t the first time I’ve used Clive Dicks. We bought a Sebo vacuum cleaner from them years ago which has been great. This is the first time though that I have been to them for repairs. I damaged my Dyson stick vacuum. It was a small repair and done while I waited without charge. Thank you. “I had a wonderful experience today in David Jones (women’s wear) Newmarket. BIG shout out to Kate who was a delight! - Genuine, honest, so polite and professional. We had a good chat about choosing the right colours to wear. Gave me a few tips on how to find out, instead of telling me what I wanted to hear. Made me sad that I was the only customer who had been nice to her all day. Come on people! Be kind! Would you like someone being unkind to a member of your family? Think about it. These lady’s (and gentlemen) work incredibly hard. The store is immaculate, the changing rooms are spotless and the best lighting I have ever experienced. Thank you also to the lady (didn’t get her name) who gave me a refund on an item. It was a seamless procedure. I Ended up purchasing another item in the end!! David Jones is probably my new favourite store. Can’t wait to shop there again.”

“Fabulous. Called to find 2 Soccer Ball quilts. The girls looked for them found two and let me know they would hold. Drove to Sylvia Park. The counter girls were expecting me. They brought them out and checked I was a Linen Lover. I got the sale price which was amazing. I was looked after professionally from start to finish. I find it is really worth being a Linen Lover. We bought our own bed from Harvey Norman (albeit at a lower price) and you can see the difference in quality. The owner also assemled it himself when he did the delivery.”

“Our original aim was to increase the bench space and Kitchen Studio's design (by Tania) has exceeded my wishes. I also have an amazing amount of useable cupboard space. The pull out pantry is like a Tardis – it seems to hold so much and yet everything is visible and accessible. The Kitchen Studio subcontractors work was also amazing. They are clearly a tight knit team who know what is expected of them and they deliver. The finish on the whole kitchen is exceptional. At all times we felt communicated with and aware of what was going on. The four weeks (not five that we were advised) went quickly and we are now enjoying the wonderful space.”
