“These guys still work to the old fashioned principles of providing great customer service. The other day we had Goddards turn up with a couple of pallets of paper. A couple of our own crew went to help the driver, but he said, "no, it's fine, I got this" and he proceeded to hand unload the pallets and stacked them up neatly for us. Great attitude.
