only use this company if you have no choice. I have been with icos for over 5 years and their customer service has just gone down the drain. I called for a very simple issue which got answered to some extent and just had a follow up question regarding it and was told i have already answered your one question. anything else email us. the question was a simple yes or no and she kept refusing to answer it. there is an outage today and i got the same person she does not like her job.
