“Dr Esther Loh did a fantastic job of looking after my rather nervous and sick 3 year old at the viral clinic. I definitely recommend her. My child is recovering well post her care. I also highly recommended Dr Longworth for children. We have seen him at his previous clinic and followed to Silverdale Medical due to outstanding care. The receptionists were friendly and booking an appointment was far more pleasant than other clinics. The nurse who called to triage my daughter and decide how urgent she was and how soon a booking was to be made, was also wonderful. Overall a very great experience.”

“We had the most wonderful experience today at the clinic. Despite not being able to make contact via the phone at the start, I was called back and had an appointment made promptly. Not only that, but when we arrived we were appointed Dentist Rehutai, who recognised that we spoke Te Reo Māori and adapted to speak to my children and I in Te Reo. It was a truly calming and inviting experience. Our whānau feel very fortunate to have our local children's dentist acknowledge our tuakiritanga and also it left us feeling empowered and inspired by our wāhine Māori who are healthcare providers as they create a space that is safe for us to be Māori and that our needs are met. I had some filling treatments done last week by Dr. Suri, which were done in a painless and efficient manner. He was transparent, honest and caring throughout the entire process, answering all my questions and providing me with guidance on toothcare. The level of service provided by both the dentist and receptionist was exceptional. They were both polite, hospitable and patient throughout the entire procedure, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The clinic's equipment and facilities were all kept clean and hygienic, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience. The electronic house music playing in the background was an unexpected but welcomed addition, as it helped to take my mind off the dental work being done. After the procedure, I was given explicit and sound guidance on how to take care of my teeth, which included recommendations on floss type and brand, as well as techniques.
