“I went to consult with Irene, as I was constantly sick with flu, cough and colds, and is always feeling weak, and my immune system was very, very low. She did a health assessment of what was happening to me , why I always felt burnt out and why I have a very low immune system. After the assessment, she gave me advise on what foods to avoid, right foods to eat, and gave me tips on how to improve my energy levels and immune system. “I first went to Sean for a knee injury but he also treated and fixed by back pain and sciatica. To give context I had previously gone to my GP, had a MRI that was assessed by a surgeon and gone to physio, all of whom told me there was some exercises I could do but no real fix. FYI, I did do the exercises, there was some minor relief but still ongoing chronic pain. I was in pain for about 5 years post the birth of baby. Whilst the underlying issue is probably still there what is amazing is that I have been pain free since. It is such a relief. I’m very grateful to Sean.
