   I called earlier to have some information and the woman on the phone was rude. Later, I went over, I had a chat with the man who runs the place, really closed mind (his thinks he’s the best and knows it all). Then I just asked to fill up my water bottle and he wanted to sell my water…right after saying me « this place isn’t about the money it’s about protecting environment » Bad customers service overall Will not encourage his buisness neither cafe nor tour !!!

   Went for coffee at 11am on Saturday.....there was no food on display I think the coffee machine was on but the worker was not interested in serving so no coffee! The road in is very rough...the only reason I have given it a 1 star the view is good. Don't waste ya time going stop at the albatross cafe which is much better

   We visited Natures Miracles as part of a day excursion from our cruise. Wonderful opportunity to see a working sheep farm and local wildlife. Exciting ATV ride and simple but nicely prepared lunch buffet. I felt like we were visiting a farming family doing their best to maintain their extraordinary land and heritage with an entrepreneurial spirit. What a pleasure.

   No food available, even though the sign at the bottom of the hill said café and tours with an open flag out. Only one extremely rude staff member there. I wouldn't recommend coming here. Go to the café at the Albatross centre. The staff there are friendly and the service is good.
