   As a tourist in Napier needing laundry the lady in the dry cleaners next door was very helpful. This isn’t coin op, the machine accepts a credit card. An 8kg load of wash is $5 and the dryer is $5. The machine only loads cards at increments of $10 however the card itself to buy is $1 which is deducted from the $10 so you would end up wasting money on the card. Fortunately the lady next door had a card I could use that another customer left behind. There is 5 min parking in front of the door. It would be nice if there was somewhere to sit outside while you wait.

   It's quite expensive to do full loads Very small and quaint venue, not good if you are claustrophobic. No seats to sit and wait for your laundry. Love the vending machine with laundry bags and covered loading area.

   Clean. Works with the Liquid Card system. Nice machines; very reasonable pricing. Handy to lots of nice shops, so plenty of things to do while waiting the half hr wash. And 25 min dry.

   Used the Liquid Laundromat at Hastings Street, Napier yesterday and had an error come up with my washing machine. Rang for help and was really impressed with the promptness with which the call was answered, the quick solution provided and the refund of my money because I'd tried to reset the machine by charging my card again. Great service, thank you.

   Friendly and helpful service. The price was good, including the soap. Practical. We were given estimates on how long each service will take and so came back just in time to move the wash to dryer, and to clear the dryer. The dryer pops open automatically - only thing to watch out for. Wish there were Liquid SS Laundry everywhere we travelled!
