   Excellent result but really high prices. I couldn't see a price schedule on display, and the attendant laughed when I said as far as I could see online, they had the highest prices in NZ! It would only be worthwhile drycleaning a garment two or three times, then you might as well throw it away and buy a replacement.

   Not great service. Needed something dry cleaned either within 24 hours or to pick up on the morning of the 2nd day and they were not able to facilitate this request. A dry cleaner in Taradale was more helpful and had my suit ready on time.

   This was truly a "once-in-a-lifetime" experience as we will not come back to this business. It took 18 days, 4 visits and 2 phone calls to have one duvet inner dry cleaned, and then it was mixed up with another duvet because the customer name tags had come off. No compensation offered for the inconvenience of the long wait, two fruitless trips to the shop to collect the duvet and the lack of communication (no phone calls to say the garment was not ready yet).
