   Brought a pie which felt warm, got to the middle and it was cold. Walked straight back in and told them. Refused to give me full refund and said they’ll microwave it. I said it’s healthy and safety issue and he got very angry then said we put them in half an hour ago into pie warmer from cold being at 9am which I came in at 10:30. Gave them chance to make it right til he got angry so Will be reporting to health and safety. Felt the butter chicken in pie warmer too which were not heated properly

   The best little everything you need on a corner, close to home so quick and easy. Happy helpful and courteous owners. Lotto shop added value also, I have had really good luck from buying keno tickets here. Has great winning energy!! Right next to my favorite fish and chip shop in Napier. Also a bakery with delicious offerings too . Can't really beat these 3 gem businesses in a row. Luck comes in 3s is on point here. On a major road so is perfectly placed. And in a league of their own. I highly recommend you shop here and see for yourself.

   This place is run by a no-nonsence provider,but don't get the wrong idea'? He is polite and does look after his customers! To me this is good practice. The store is very well stocked also! Well done, Mr Store keeper!

   stopped by to pick up a money wire with their western union, and was denied; apparently a passport, driver's license, travel itinerary, and credit card were not enough to prove my identity. the lady even pointed at the western union board and told me i didn't have enough documentation, when it clearly showed that i had MORE than enough per their own guidelines. she spoke extremely broken english and had a lot of difficulty communicating with me. if you're coming to pick up some smokes or a snack, sure, great...but if you're trying to do anything more complicated than that here, try your luck somewhere else. absolutely awful.
