   Didn't clean a single table the entire time we were there. No clean tables available so we sat at one that just had a few plates/cups left. After 2 staff walked back from delivering coffees empty handed we moved the dishes to a neighboring table. Of the tables that did get cleared none were cleaned. Baby chair looked grubby too. And no, it wasn't a short staff thing because there were 2 girls busy chatting doing nothing behind the counter. Older couple had grabbed water glasses and I had to let them know one of the glasses was grubby as they didn't see. Was asked if I wanted chips or salad with my bagel, only to see I was charged an extra $12.50 for the chips I said yes to, when they made it seem lile it was a choice of side. Food was delicious. Shame about the cleanliness because if it's like that on the customer side I'd hate to think what the kitchen was like. Won't be returning

   The lady that served us was pretty average... not polite, after ordering 2 flat whites we returned 1 as it was a cappuccino.... after seeing Bridget and her workmate Cara(I'm sure) looking and swearing in our direction we were given exactly the same rubbish version of a flat white(cappuccino) we left it at that. I ordered the big breakfast, eggs are well over cooked. Now I have eaten here before and it was amazing with excellent service. All the staff are different by the looks

   The food and coffee is mostly good. My husband ordered the seafood chowder and was very disappointed. I wish something could be done about the acoustics as it is very difficult to hear and noises like someone dropping a spoon are very loud.

   We had to ask for the table to be wiped and cleared. Our coffee arrived and was told that they had run out of teaspoons.!! Well whatever it is it is not my problem. Thankyou

   Love going to Mega 10 Columbus coffee Cafe in store. We usually frequent the Whanganui one but were in Napier so went along with other family...sadly they couldn't really eat with us because they couldn't order just hot chips for their kiddies in the Napier store...otherwise it was great.
