   It is a very nice walk, quite busy. Careful of the cyclsts, especially the electric ones, very fast and some riders don't appear to be very considerate of others on the track.

   Walked through to Chapel St and was beautiful walk. A lot of it was shaded by trees (great on sunny day) and the pathway was wide and well kept. There were bench seats all along if you wanted to stop for the view or have picnic lunch. Is part of 8.7km track that goes around Waikareao Estuary so if you feel energetic, go further.

   I enjoy this walk. This part of the walk is the bushier part - I start at Daisy Hardwick and carry on through to the Boardwalk and on to the Don Stewart Walk. Paths are easy and wide enough for cyclists to pass by you comfortably. The different scenery - the water, the bush, the boardwalk, the marshes, all keep your eyes interested. Interesting information boards along the way too.
