   Always awesome service, Ben and team are so helpful with explaining cuts, cook times etc. The quality of the meat is outstanding and there’s a massive variety including different types of bones for broth making if you like to DIY, also an excellent variety of condiments that are so delicious. The friendly service makes the experience even better. I pop in once or twice a week and I'm always greeted with a smile. It's such a pleasure to support a local business that not only delivers amazing meat but also treats customers so well.

   Cowboy Steak Let the pictures speak for themselves. My method, room temp for 2 hours prior, olive oil both sides with a little salt and pepper. Get charcoal completely up to temp and then Sear both sides and edges and then lid on 5-6 mins per side over direct heat for a rare to medium rare. Succulent and juicy mmmmmm

   A fabulous traditional butcher! Quality products!! Was wonderful being able to purchase products are made on site from local suppliers. Having a butcher who is so passionate is great!! The team were helpful and very friendly. The sausages we got were delicious! We will be back for more!! The fussy 8 year old gave them a thumbs up.
