   Very accommodating and helpful. We had a change of itinerary at the last moment and Pegasus was more then accomodating. They switched days and had it all reconfirmed in in one short phone call. Pick up & drop off was extremely easy and the car was clean , reliable & safe. Extremely good fuel economy. Staff on the phone and in person we very professional & kind. Would gladly be a repeat customer & recommend.

   On disembarking our cruise ship, Pegasus staff were easy to find in the cruise terminal. Having booked and signed the rental agreement online, there was a minimum of delay in setting off in our allocated car. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car was good and as expected. We will use Pegasus again in Port Chalmers next February!

   Our Experience with Pegasus Rental Cars was Amazing. We were cruising from Australia to New Zealand and organised our Car Rental from Port Chalmers to visit family in Dunedin. The transaction was smooth, the car was clean and tidy. We were met at the Terminal by a representative and we checked the car and then were on our way. Highly recomended, even if they were a little more expensive than other car rentals, the convenience was fantastic. Thank you!

   As regular cruise passengers we have now used Pegasus Rental Cars three times. Each time has been completely hassle-free. We are met at the ship terminal, paperwork done (just a couple of minutes) keys handed over and off we go. At the end of the day we return to the terminal, lock the keys in the car and head back to the ship. Couldn't be easier!! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend them.

   I've hired with Pegasus many times before in the city but this time I arrived via cruise ship in Port Chalmers. My husband and I aren't keen on prearranged tours, we prefer the freedom of doing our own thing so decided on hiring a car for the day. The cruise terminal is far from the city so it was great having the vehicle waiting for us when we disembarked. A staff member was there waiting and we were on our way in a matter of minutes. We appreciated not having to shuttle or taxi into the city. Once again, a hassle free experience. Thanks Pegasus.
