   Service took a long time and the salted Caramel ordered was foul. Definitely not the same taste or colour than usual, and I’ve had a lot. Will not go back after this experience.

   Ordered a full size, paid almost $14 for it and walked away with this. Not sure if they messed up and gave me a half size or if they’ve changed their sizes. Either way not worth the price tag. Used to have good drinks from here once upon a time

   I planned my late afternoon/early eve so that I could treat myself to my favourite Tank salad (guacamole greens) for dinner. They close at 6pm so I made sure I arrived with time to spare - at 5.45pm. Sure enough, when I ordered, the lady behind the counter said sorry no more salads, that she’d already packed it all away. If you don’t intend to serve everything on your menu up until closing time, I suggest advertising this.

   I just ordered 1 berry and strawberry lush. The only person there, two behind the counter 3.08, order placed, 10 minutes later order been made. A lady ordered her smoothie after me and got hers before me. Poor service and explanation after I questioned it. No apology was made. The tanks are disgusting!!

   Worst service. Purchased shakes and food, the girl serving us today needs a wee "shake", she was grumpy, just slammed our orders on the bench, walked away without explaining which order was for who.. she really needs to go. We are trying to support all local business, but I would prefer Tank Bayfair any day over Papamoa. The service was terrible, the drinks and food were so not Tank standard. Tank Papamoa what's going on here.

   Papamoa tank, Anzac day today and there was one girl there super grumpy snatching cups and slamming things down we felt sorry for the other workers my 18 yr old even mentioned how grumpy she was and shouldn't be at work, got 2 drinks and a salad the salad was swimming in dressing that by the time I got around to eating it the lettuce was super soggy and I had a lovely present in my salad a big old chicken bone. For the money we paid I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

   I love tank but my experiences with the Papamoa branch haven't been great. Ordered online a few months back, went to collect, they hadn't received my order, made it and then said they had made an extra smoothie for waiting which I had actually ordered and paid for two anyway so didn't get anything extra. Ordered online the other day to collect after work, arrived and she said sorry salad bar is closed and hadn't seen my order. Saw my order receipt still sitting in the printer and since I had already paid she made my salad but then were out of a main ingredient which has happened on multiple occasions. Just inconsistent and never seem to look at the online orders coming in and seem to shut down well before closing.
