Andrew Chambers made it very clear when he came to do our property evaluation that he was working for the bank and not us. Even though we were the actual clients and paying the bill. He specifically said "I'm the eyes and ears of the bank". Proceeded to screw us over by saying the house wasn't completed and needed another $100k to finish (which wasn't true). This meant we had to wait for code of compliance to discharge our mortgage fully and has cost us thousands in paying a higher variable rate. Do not recommend at all. If you want a valuer who has your best interests in mind, don't go with these guys.
