   Public Trust has been an absolute DISAPPOINTMENT. Over four years, several case managers mismanaged my mother’s estate, ignored serious concerns, and allowed non-beneficiaries to take personal belongings without consequence. Communication was dismissive and their processes completely disorganised. Families deserve better. Avoid this organisation — they have no sense of duty, care, or professionalism.

   We needed a Notary Public for business purposes and used Google to search for one in Hastings; Public Trust came up, so we called and were told to just come by. On arrival, my wife was told that no, they do not have a Notary Public and that it is wrong on their website. So, they know that their advertising is wrong, yet choose to do nothing about it and let people come in (after calling first) on a fool's errant! My private trust is diminished.
