   the hastings branch seems to be understaffed alot, and this causes significant delays. in saying that, the staff that do show up, are respectful, polite and super friendly, making the process comfortable. i appreciate your help. i rate my experience 3.5 out of 5, only due to staffing issues. i will be back, thank you! :)

   At first they were helpful with my loan application, however after sending them all the documents requested I never received any correspondence back from them. I had attempted to contact them numerous times via email but no response. Appalling communication with customers as they don’t have the staff to handle matters efficiently which is probably why there is a delayed response in returning voice calls and emails.
