    This is the kind of finish Platinum homes thinks is acceptable. This photo is under the bench in our scullery and one of the many issues. But according to them “you can’t see it so it doesn’t matter”. Not only that but when issues have been brought up, time and time again they don’t respond or offer no resolution. Terrible experience throughout the whole project and a year on, issues are still not resolved.

    Our time with Platinum home was the worst experience we have had in our lives. Research this companies history in court before signing with them. These guys are cowboys.

    Platinum Homes is by far the most unsatisfactory construction company we have ever engaged with. Despite selecting them to construct our house with the assurance of a 19-20 week build time, it ended up taking an excruciating 2 years. We strongly advise against choosing Platinum Homes under any circumstances. Even after residing in our house for two years, we are still waiting for repairs to be addressed. Their building quality is abysmal. If you speak with anyone who has constructed a home with Platinum in the past 3 years, I guarantee you'll hear comparable accounts.
