   The potato and gravy at kfc papamoa is such a rip off. There was 95% gravy water downed and what looked like 2 table spoons scoop of potatoes. Was told thats how the p&t are done now. After the 2nd one they gave it asked for a refund

   Absolutely horrendous experience at KFC Papamoa today. While my wife ordered our food she witnessed the older worker getting screamed and yelled at by the manager. It kept going that my partner even had to intervene telling her to give training instead of yelling at your staff in front of customers. Last time we'll spent our money here. Do better and treat your staff better!

   Order was promised for 5:46 pm but wasn’t ready until about 40 minutes late. I arrived after the scheduled time, still had to wait to be acknowledged, was told “5 minutes,” left to collect other meals, came back, and kept waiting while my other food went cold. The store itself is filthy and poorly maintained, greasy floors, messy prep areas, staff standing around instead of working. This raises serious concerns about food safety and hygiene, and this branch needs an urgent inspection by the relevant health authorities.

   I was served by Jess and she was awesome, if only all KFC staff would be this friendly and thoughtful. Typical KFC food and everything else was as one would expect from KFC. Jess is the reason for giving this KFC 5 stars!

   I went through the drive thru the other night and when they passed me my order the bag ripped and my order fell to the ground ! I said to the person serving me you'll have to replace it and she said I'll have to see my supervisor... In the meantime I had gotten out of my car and the extra potato and gravies I'd ordered were smashed and the rest was still in the boxes. When she came back (having not even looked at the order to see how damaged it was) she said her supervisor said she could only replace the the potato and gravy and insinuated that it was all my fault!!! I was not impressed. ....

   Just BAD ALL ROUND FOOD COLD! When I asked for hot fry’s I was told they are hot, I passed one to the young lady she wouldn’t take it nor would she replace them with hot ones, I refused to leave until they gave me hot ones and was told to FU.. off as your not getting them! I asked for head office number to report the incident and was told there was no number to contact them, we don’t have a number so just FU.. off! No number for your bosses? No now FU.. off! I asked if there was to be a health incident ie heart attack, choking customer on the premises what would you do then? Nothing not our problem! We just give them the food! Not my problem! So just FU.. off Asked to speak with someone in charge of the server and was told again! Take your problem elsewhere lady!

   I ordered at 4pm for 5.30pm delivery, at 6pm I called the store multiple times and when they answered the phone we were told the food was ready but they wouldn't tell us when they could deliver to us. We then canceled the order and I received a phone call from the delivery driver at 7.15pm where I said I understand it's not your fault where he replied its not my fault. I do not believe food that would of been sitting there for 2 hours would be safe to eat. I'd like to know when my refund will be processed, we did not receive any food. I had ordered dinner for my family and by the time the delivery driver would of delivered my daughter was asleep anyway. None of the interactions I've had with kfc tonight have been pleasant when I've tried to contact them with respect and understanding

   Got delivered and was missing 1large chips and 1large coleslaw. Rang a number of time's left messages with order number and contact information and never got any response whatsoever. Got ripped off and not even a response, really bad service for not following up.

   The chips were rubbish and the chicken drum was so tiny oily and dry reheated from the night before. I'm still waiting for a call from the store manager re my complaint. I won't be going back here again. The chips were short crispy and the portion was only three quarters full, bad service to top it off
