We have used this team twice now and both times were simply OUTSTANDING. The most recent it was pouring with rain and they did an amazing job working around that, they were fast, really careful around all items (no issues at all), were great to work with, flexible and the comms were brilliant. Cant fault and highly recommend this entire team...don't hesitate!
An absolute pleasure to have this company moving our stuff! The three men on the ground putting in the work where professional and very hard working - we had no issue with paying an hourly rate as these guys didn't rest until it was all done. This is the first move that we have done that something hasn't been damaged - wish we had known of this team sooner. Brenda was also a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again team, made our move into our new home that much more special.
Warning !!!!!!! Read this and previous reviews first!!! When I first made contact via phone I was told they could supply a couple people to do some packing and was quoted $200 hr. I was told it was the same price for the shifting. We had done most of the packing and shifting ourselves but needed help with heavier items like beds, washing machine and fridge so thought it would be good to have βprofessionalsβ do it. When they EVENTUALLY arrived we were shocked at how rough they were with our items. One of them dropped the washing machine and another walked it into the wall at the new home putting a dent in the wall. When we hooked the machine up water poured into the circuit board and fried it. They also put a gouge into the front of the Fridge. At the end of the shift one of the guys pulled out an eftpos machine and worked out the bill. I doubled checked with my calculator and we agreed on the price I was charged. I got a phone call the next day from their office saying I had underpaid. They said the shifting should have been $250 per hour. When I explained what I was quoted over the phone and that the eftpos guy also quoted, I said I paid exactly what I had expected. I phoned the owner and asked him what he thought about the damage that was done during the shift. I had very low expectations but wanted to see what he would say. Ralf could not have cared less. He was so focus on the small amount I had βunderpaidβ and literally said that he had βZero sympathyβ about the damage done. Putting aside the discrepancy in the quoted costs, the part that stands out for me was the complete lack of care about the job they did. He literally couldnβt have cared less about the quality of the βserviceβ he provided. Having read through other reviews I was not surprised to find others have had almost EXACTLY the same damage and response from Ralf. Take ya chances with this one!!!
These guys were fantastic! They were so careful with our belongings and even having to drive the absolutely horrific Wairoa/Napier road and beyond, not a single item was damaged! I would highly recommend!!! We actually forgot to pack some glasses that were in a cabinet and not a single one broke!!!
I have used Two Men and a Truck a few times now. This time I asked for an item to be picked up in one location and delivered to another. They were on time and were efficient and friendly.

I would never use these guys again. I moved from Central Hawkes Bay to the Waikato, and they obviously did not secure my things properly. My fridge was damaged, with scrapes down the front, dents, and a chip out of the door. I was not impressed, so use them at your own risk.
