We recently moved household furniture from Taupo to Auckland. Paul and Phil arrived on time and were so easy to work with. Very polite and took great care with our furniture and our home. On delivery it was the same efficient experience despite not being able to get the truck down our drive due to a power pole obstructing the access.They came up with a solution and the delivery was completed very quickly. Highly recommend Conroy’s and will be using them again.
Very happy with the service from Conroy's; from the price to the communication and organisation. Truck arrived on time as stated, loading was very smooth and quick with great staff who took every care of our stuff. The unloading was the same. The driver had to negotiate a tricky rural road which he did with no trouble. The weather was wet and windy but the two guys worked through it and unloaded us quick and well despite the inclement weather. I do not want to move again, but if I did I would not hesitate to use Conroy's.

We would highly recommend Conroys to move your household. The original quote was very accurate as far as the total volume of possessions that we had. Friendly workers and efficient service made a stressful event as good as it could be.
It's a shame to see what was once a family business with values and a culture that appreciated customers and respected their furniture has lost all. Previously, i would have suggested them every time to anyone who needed a removal company. But now I will never use them again or recommend them. To many things damaged to mention but the main problem was the process in getting quotes etc to repair scratched furniture, fix sculptures had to be undertaken by us and no compensation. We were just treated as a number and not cared for, no official apology, no letter of process rectified, just the least amount of money put in the account to shut you up and move onto the next one.
Great service all the way!! From booking online 3 days before the move, to the confirmation phone call the day before, and then the awesome hardworking guys PIC and ROHAN who made our move seemless! Nice and quick but with good care taken of our things. Thank you so much guys.
A Company where management don't seem to care about the customer at all, prepare to have your furniture broken, boxes or items lost, your integrity questioned and be left unpaid for your broken and lost items. And don't for a second think you can refer to the CEO as she couldn't care less.
