On the plate at McDonald's Te Puke, the idea is burger-led and well executed. Sweets lean classic and not overly rich. Breakfast plates are tidy and satisfying. Good value shows in the serve sizes. Buns hold well and patties land juicy.
The staff kept forgetting my things. I didn't mind when a hamburger was missing, and I tolerated when a toy I bought was not put in. Now it's even worse. Two things are missing from the meal. There is no meat, only vegetables!!! Think about it, who would go to McDonald's just to buy vegetables???
Ordered food on uber eats after 11pm (no gourmet menu, no problem) order double qlb and recieve two rubbery Angus patties barely put together and stale fries. Place has turned upside down. Donβt know if this or Papamoa is worse now. Tauranga mcds stores are easily worst in NZ
In all of NZ. The Puke McDonalds to me had the best cream/snow freeze ice cream. I always go there when I'm in The Puke. Husband person loved their Angus burgers but I'm happy with an ice cream. Coffee wasn't the best but okay
Manager didnβt know how NP6 worked, so I had to show him where the button was to redeem codes, but other than that: The English Breakfast Tea was βvery satisfyingβ, according to my father, for whom the beverage was purchased. I had a wonderful Double Cheeseburger (ADD Big Mac Sauce, LIGHT Ketchup, LIGHT Mustard, NO Pickles), and the L&P (NO Ice) was really, really nice. Hopefully, the manager who took my order gets EOTM; heβs the best. Love this place.
Ordered a Bacon & Egg McMuffin with no cheese for my dairy sensitive wife, who doesnβt have takeaways often due to newborn & living rurally (she was looking forward to it). Drove 30min home to find it made with cheese. I know it doesnβt seem much for someone battling depression this mistake has made this household hell today
Finally a pleasant experience. Usually we a greeted with moody staff who don't look happy in there work. Last night they had a wonderful friendly manager on duty who was up beat happy in his work friendly, singing and all staff were happy in their work with a bounce in their step. You are a real asset to the company Kya. If only all managers had the same passion you do. Well done mate
