Donβt go here. Rushed my nails could see the fake nail lining. Also cut my thumb & left me with cuts on my cuticles that were literally bleeding not to mention they put products on open wounds which led to stinging/burning & the nails turned out ugly.
Extremely rushed. Technician was barely focusing on what she was doing. Happy with the actual polish, just a very poor experience.
26 july 2025. Sadly my nail quicks are fraying and red from the technician cutting the quicks all the way around presumably to remove dead skin? Its been a week today since having a manicure and I have needed to cut my nails right back because they started breaking a few days ago. The soaking solution obviously made my nails brittle not soft as I would have expected. I won't go here again and will tell people in rotorua that I know.
Last week, I visited Rotorua again for leisure and on my free time sought out a nail salon based on a recommendation from the driver of @rotoruaandbeyondtaxitours Unfortunately, the recommended nail salon was fully booked, so I opted to go to a professionails salon instead. The staff was very friendly and attentive; however, I experienced an issue with the gel polish, which began to peel off after only two days. Having had my nails done for many years, I was disappointed by this outcome. It may be worthwhile for the salon to evaluate the quality of their gel polish, as it appears that some products may be outdated.
This is where I go to get my nails done in Rotorua - have tried several other places and I havenβt been happy with my nails. Iβve never had an issue with this place, they last - which for me is really important. If youβre wanting the pampered salon experience then this isnβt the place to go. I love it because I donβt have to book appointments - I just walk in and the nails last. Although the place doesnβt look shiny clean, I donβt think their hygiene is much different from other nail salons Iβve been to. Iβve had arcylic nails, pedicure and eye lash tint - very happy with all.
Came here as walk in with my sister while on holiday and we were blown away by the care, time and attention to detail by the staff! I wanted an intricate design and she not only executed it beautifully but provided excellent service throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend!!
I'm in love with this nail salon! The pedicure was pure bliss, and my feet felt incredibly pampered. The manicure was equally impressive, and the acrylic nails looked so natural. The whole experience was worth every penny
As someone who frequents this wonderful salon, it really bothers me when people try to scam my favorite nail staff by spreading lies and posting negative reviews. Honestly, asking for a refund after having your acrylic nails for an entire week seems unreasonable. I was actually there today and witnessed you rudely confronting the nail salon staff. Despite the language barrier, they are always polite and take great care to sterilize their tools. Let's not spread falsehoods and take responsibility for our words. By the way, my acrylic set looks amazing and shows no signs of damage. Let's all be mature and not try to harm small businesses that work hard to make a living.
My wife came here with me on monday and get my wife's eyelashes extension done it ls actually been so quick cause normally my wife's eyelashes takes about an hour to do. But anyway its just only few days it was been already falling. We paid 85$ for this eyelashes doesnt even take 2days to stick on her eyelash it was been falling till now. We are not very happy for paying 85$ and just only for 2days starts falling you must something about it!. We just didn't come on the next as we had our wedding. But you must do something about it. 85$ is not worth to pay
