   I don’t normally give reviews and in all honesty I did like coming to this place often. But after yesterday’s experience I will not be back again. I came with my mum and niece and we all got similar nails (French tip acrylic red for Christmas) we gave the staff pictures of how we wanted it too look and my lady did one attempt of a design that was not even close to what was shown to her, and I just said no just do French tip. All three of us were rushed because they were under staffed, I get that you want to fit as much people as possible but when you rush a job it just makes it worse. My French tips are uneven, the bottom coat is a poorly applied and the colour was smudged and not correctly fixed. I had told my lady a few times to fix some things but I just wanted the experience over and done with. With all respect I am really disappointed and the fact we were charged $90 each blew my mind. I would’ve been happy with the price if it was better done. Won’t be back

   Its my worst experience. The lady looks new to pedicure she didn't even know what she is doing and what equipment is using, i told her i have short nails dont file dont cut, she was still using filer to do, she was hurting me i told her, she didn't even said sorry she was keep doing same thing, i didn't finished my pedicure because making me really painfull, she didn't even cleaned my toes properly, she was talking to other lady in different language too which is making more uncomfortable to me

   WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Went in for a backfill on a precious set done by the same man two weeks prior, changed to just removal service after cutting actually holes through my nail by over filing and digging with cuticle cutters. The worst experience and the damage will take months to repair.

   Went in to get my SNS nails removed as I was on holiday and one broke (not my normal salon as I’m from out of town) they have absolutely destroyed my nails. 3 of my fingers are sore and bleeding from where she filed the skin and the nails are weaker then paper. The lady had me soak my fingers in acetone instead of the usual tin foil wrap the good salons do. There was no communication the whole time and I don’t think this woman was qualified at all or had a clue what she was doing. Would not recommend.

   I do like this place and I would be willing to spend more money here but they really lack client care. I go for the convenience of not needing an appointment, I paid $55 for a gel mani, it was $35 last time I went in… they sit you down and start on your nails and then half way through they leave you sitting there half done to go do someone else’s nails lol. Then you get a different person finish your nails 5-10min later. It’s strange… I would rather pay $55 at the salon up the road where your the only client in their care for your appointment.

   you product is always assured with this place! I was surprised the first time but after a few more I realized that this is a standard with the shop. My nails are consistently beautiful and I have to thank the hardworking technicians for this. All the best to them!
