I'm a regular here, love the service from these ladies. They really put the care in and go the extra mile especially when my nails are a hot mess, which tends to be most visits! But they never judge, they just get the job done beautifully! I usually see Charlie/Emily whoever is available and I love the work they do! Sorry I'm ticklish LOL
For someone who has never gotten a pedi/mani i felt as tho I was rushed even tho I had let them know this before hand. Showed a photo for inspiration got told she doesnβt have enough time. I only wanted my tips painted not the whole nail but chose to do what was βquickerβ for my tech, which was just painting the whole nail. Such a pretty shop and so many colour to choose from!! Staff are friendly apart from 1, come off quite rude especially when there is a culture difference, tone is everything. A lady had walked in going to the shop going straight to the counter and the nail tech beside me muttered βjust walk in like thatβ with a certain look in her eyes. what else was she supposed to do?? Tip toe in?? During my manicure I had to ask for her to clean the tools as there was still skin on it from the last client!!!!!!!! Unfortunately I did not enjoy my experience here Edit: forgot to add, I was charged $100 paid in full before my appointment and then she charged me a further $5 Iβm not to sure what for. But then again did not want to cause a fuss and just paid extraβ¦β¦ still not sure what for.
Went to Lady Diva Wednesday 11 December to get an infill and gel colour a day after one of my nails the colour was just peeling off and then on the 13th at my event another two nails the colour started coming off. Really disappointed.
I went in a couple of weeks ago to have my gel nail polish renewed. I underwent almost an hour of grinding down the gel and then my nails. It really hurt! The technician (for want of a better term) also cut my cuticles to shreds making them bleed. I have only ever had gel polish removed with acetone soaked cotton wool wrapped in aluminum foil. Takes 10 to 15 minutes. Then when the technician went to reapply gel and I put my hands in the 'curer' the polish came out blistered. The technician tried to remove it and ground my nails down even further. By this time an hour and a half had passed and I was in pain. I asked them to stop. I have been having manicures for possibly 30 years and this was without a doubt THE worst experience I have ever had. I can't put my hands in hot water as my nails are now so thin that it hurts. Please don't use this nail salon. I hope no one else goes through this. The whole experience was very traumatizing. Hopefully my nails heal but I've been told it could take up to 6 months.
Great nail service, well priced and always friendly. I get my nails done semi-regularly and find the booking easy, the service is quick and atmosphere is comfortable. I know some have their favourites but I've found all of the technicians I've had to be good. I wouldn't necessarily recommend all of the other services, I've had my eyebrows and lashes done before and they weren't the best quality.
Just had a mani pedi at Lady Diva, visiting the area from Wellington. My nails look beautiful. The technician was so attentive, paid close attention to what she was doing, was friendly and punctual. I wish i could take her back to wellington with me.. best work ive had done in a very long time. Thank you.

The ladies were able to book us in promptly as there was a cancellation. When we entered the premises we were greeted with friendly hellos. Our nail technician was so lovely and did a wonderful job for both myself and my mil. Lots of care was taken, our nails looked great and she had great communication skills. Highly recommended
