I was able to find the property based on a few details. Easy to read, great pictures of the property too, made it easy to look it over online.
Not everyone is expert there. But few are. Satisfactory service. Depends who you dealing with
Ruth Shannon rented us a property advertised as 'warm and cosy' with ceiling and underfloor insulation. Turns out it wasn't insulated and was freezing. Our kids got sick and we had to pay to move again (stressful). Ruth never admitted fault and wasn't sympathetic to us at all. She treated us badly and actually tried to make us keep paying rent, do the lawns/gardens and pay for a meth test! We had to take her to the Tenancy Tribunal, where she appeared with colleague Suz Hall. The judge took less than half an hour to rule in our favor and awarded us $2k compensation. We never received an apology from Ruth Shannon or Tremains, and in fact still had to chase them up to pay us the awarded costs and get our bond back.
