They locate good tenants and manage anything that needs attention, liaising with us for significant items. They have managed getting the new property up to Healthy Homes standard and were extremely helpful in the aftermath of cyclone Gabrielle when one of our properties was impacted.

   We have had our Green Meadows property being managed by Harcourts Bay Property Management since April 2022. Being based in Wellington, we rely on a property management company to be able to offer us reassurance that our property is being looked after as well as our tenants being so far away. Harcourts Bay Property Management has provided us just that, with the trust that they will be there for our tenants and keeping our property to a high standard on our behalf. We get great communication from Courtney and the Harcourts team and for the tenant to be able to provide feedback, as well as letting us know when things need attention and having it then completed quickly is piece of mind for us.    I live abroad and have had my house under the care of Harcourts since 2019. What an outstanding property management company to deal with. I am very impressed with their reliability, speed efficiency to deal with things. Several years ago the healthy home policy was introduced for rental properties. I was really impressed with how well this company dealt with it all as the workload was huge in terms of getting homes up to the standard to meet all the strict requirements. I have always found them to be incredibly obliging and nice to talk to no matter what the situation is.
