A good place to stay if you keep to the rules and policies there and it's easy it's way better sleeping at the park or city streets just do the mischievous stuff elsewhere off there premises. The Managers are good and cool and awesome but watch out if you get on there bad side.
Great geographic location. Close to shopping areas&park.
Bad management. Bad housing. Rude managers. They got rude and abusive about giving my bond back. Rip off mickey mouse operation. I payed my rent on time. Caused no problems. They take advantage of the poor and homeless. Scamming winz
I've been a tenant of Miss Properties foe coming up 6 years, and have had nothing but fantastic and speedy responses to property issues/repair requests. Staff always friendly and respectful. Thanks Miss Properties for the work you do!!
Worst place to live since the last manager left...not only are you constantly threatened with eviction for just about anything there are thefts of parcels and then you don't get your bond back....I had to fight 2 months before I eventually did get it....after threatening to go to my lawyer...unbelievably bad management and I would never recommend this place even if you are desperate
