Bought 2 motorcycles at Motoland in the last 2 years. Hamish and the crew were excellent to deal with. The motorbikes were in excellent condition and the delivery service was great. Highly recommend these guys.
Useless. Bikes Been in their shop for over a year. Got one thing fixed for them to stuff up my whole bike. Now my bike won’t start at all. I haven’t had any contact from them in over 6months IM the one chasing them up making phone calls etc not one from them in 6months on what the situation is with my bike. It’s still there an still no contact about it. I highly recommend you avoid this company an go elsewhere. MOTOLAND I WANT MY BIKE BACK EVEN IF ITS NOT RUNNING I’ll send it to someone who actually knows what they’re doing and looking at.
Went in to get a flat tyre fixed on moped. The rear brake was left disengaged. When I went to take it off the lot I found I had no rear brake as I was leaving (entering onto the road). They were quick to resolve the issue but It was a basic mistake and safety is in the details, thus the comment. I don't mean to lower the rating but I feel I need to bring this to attention.
I just had my side by side serviced and repaired by Yamaha Motoland Napier. Excellent service and even more Excellent prices in today's hard times. Called me before doing additional ball joint and wheelbearing repairs. Final price lower than original quote. These guys are good, very good.
