   Restaurant was a little messy with recently occupied tables left unclean. Service was slow and staff I interacted with were less than friendly. Toilet was somewhat messy with unpleasant odours. The burger I ordered was haphazardly constructed and while tasty was difficult to eat without making a mess.

   Little concerning about the health and safety of this place. Got my order from my drive thru - normally after leaving cause I'm driving i put my hand in blind to grab a onion ring or two on my drive back to work. Felt what seemed to be chips so i stopped and had a look. Order was done wrong so went back to let them know. They asked for the chips back and right in front of me put them on the shelf above the other chips! I felt like saying i touched them by accident but like, should I have to say that? Soon as it leaves the shop it should be customer keep or bin. Anyways I get back to work and in all my years of ordering a streaky bacon steak house the pattie was burnt! Long story short I’ve been a customer for years but I will never return.

   Burger artist at work here, made perfect and fresh n hot. Good friendly service. Plenty of parking out the back. Bathrooms tidy but a bit past their 'best before' date.

   The food is great and tastes fresh but it seems that our order always seems to get messed up. We love the super shakes but it’s very rare that we will get what we’ve ordered. A couple times we’ve gotten a mix of the strawberry and chocolate when we’ve ordered one of each. This time we received vanilla ice cream with sauce drizzled at the top. My dad calls BK and nobody ever picks up the phone. He has been number one on the queue for nearly half an hour at #1. This is a common occurrence. We tried to mix it in but it just tastes like soft serve with sauce.

   Order meal, made to wait almost 15min in drive through only to get cold fries, go to complain nobody seemed to care too much and was made to feel like i was the problem, attitude of woman serving needs to be addresed. Very poor customer service BK Hastings!

   Consistently good service. Will review this review in 1 month's time and hopefully it will stay at (at least) 4 out of 5 stars. Homeless look to be spoiling the toilets, so you might want to do an hourly check, visited an hour after opening and they were dirty already. They have the WIT organisation up the road and should be directed down there.

   lazy staff, if you order through drive through or counter they say app doesn't work after 9pm, at same time you do Remote order it works. What an excuse to press some more buttons on screen. I am writing this review while waiting in drive through , Its almost 20minutes and didn't take order and 3 cars in front of me. They cant serve 3 cars in 20 minutes idk how much longer is the wait. Regards An angry and hungry customer

   Big store that was remarkably empty when we visited. Plenty of parking out the back, but it's a long walk to the entrances, which aren't clearly marked. The staff were a bit stand-offish. There were basketball hoops in an enclosed area out the front and a selection of table games in a room adjacent to the main dining area. I haven't said much about the food, which was the usual BK fare of fat, salt and sugar.
