   I spent one or maybe 2 nights here after living on the streets. My advocate that came with me put me in a poor light regarding my character profile and the owners recognised this and accommodated me after seeing how dire straights I was in I could barely speak on my behalf as I had to correct the Dhb Maori advocate for Maori woman. I sooooo could've lived here it was perfect the gardens the 2 bedroom unit the owners everything. Due to them being so popular they were fully booked but I'm glad that my first experience in a motel was positive

   Overall 5 star deserving. What more can I say,rooms and facilities are super clean and up to date, 2 mins walk to supermarkets and other major amenities, and most impressive is the service. Thanks to the manager Jennie and her partner who run the place, it's been amazing staying with you guys. Very helpful every step of the way. Love the vibes. Cheers guys.

   The proprietors of the motel are positively lovely people who go above and beyond to be helpful. The rooms are extremely well maintained and the chattels are in good order. Most notably, the carpets appear to be brand new with excellent underlay. The establishment is very well situated, in close proximity to several amenities including supermarkets, eateries and various activities. We’ve also put up our employees here a few times in the past and their feedback has been very positive too. Pricing is also very reasonable.

   My stay here was excellent. I had stayed in a few places in Hastings before finding long-term accommodation and Gloucester House Motels was the best. The owners are friendly and most helpful. The rooms are clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Great location, walking distance to all the supermarkets, restaurants, gyms and town centre. Highly recommended!

   Absolutely wonderful people, the rooms are very clean and the cleaning staff do an excellent job. Only 1 tiny thing, We did ask them not to clean until we were leaving (2 night stay) but they came in anyway. They didn't touch any of our things apart from to make the bed that we left clean clothes strewn over. Very pleased with our stay.

   Perfect place to stay for everyone! We loved the pool, late night swim, comfortable beds, good size bathroom with separate toilet. Kitchenette with everything, lounge area and BEST of all Air Con. It also has spacious secure parking and to top it all - friendly staff! We will always recommended this motel. Thanks for our welcoming stay.
