   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely fantastic stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Excellent value for money — highly recommend this motel and will definitely stay here again!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is great, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I would definitely recommend Frimley Motel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Hastings. I’ll be happy to return on my next visit !

   January 2025 stayed 4 nights. Newly renovated and looks great. Comfy king bed, good sized bathroom and shower. Had everything we wanted plus great pool. Location good. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

   Great place to stay, has a pool but we didn't get to go for a swim as the weather wasn't great. The rooms were really nice and clean. Host was helpful and friendly. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay again.

   COCKROACHES Alot of cockroaches, I downplayed it to my partner and hid/flushed as I killed them, as it was already 10pm. Not sure where the biggest one fell from, the shower or the towel, but it made a thud loud enough I turned around to see what the noise was, and I'm quite deaf. If the misses had've seen it we would've been leaving at 11pm to sleep in the car I guess. Killed more the next morning before we had to leave for the day by 6am. Partner forgot sweatshirt, went back to room and cockroach was walking across her bag, that was it she was out. Partner tried calling and has emailed, they won't refund the extra night we'd already paid for, so I'm well out of pocket because we paid to stay somewhere else.

   Purchased tickets for Mission Concert and booked a stay at Frimley which was confirmed. On month later the booking was canceled without explanation. Very poor service.

   Excellent. Although the motel is older style, the place has been renovated with excellent facilities e'g new showers, toilets, bathroom, carpets, beds etc. The supplied teas/coffees/biscuits were generous and good quality. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. The motel is on the main road but traffic noise was minimal. The owners were very friendly & helpful. I noticed they looked us in the eyes when they spoke with us, rather than just treating us a passing supplier of revenue! Well done. We'll stay with you again
