Rudest old lady with absolutely zero clue about postal services at the counter. Didn’t even get a shipping receipt. Definitely not confident the parcel I shipped will arrive Thank you for replying but the form is not working! And the parcel I sent (paid courier upgrade) supposed to go to Tauranga, for some reason is marked as “delayed” in Highbrook. I have a picture of the bag properly addressed. I hate leaving negative review but this experience has been really awful, I even tried to ask to have the postbag (already paid for) back, so I could try to go ship it from another NZpost office, but the old lady (with glasses) yelled at me and I literally had to walk away humiliated in tears. Please just help me get this parcel to the correct address so at least my Trademe feedback store won’t be destroyed
