   Just brought a super star box waited 30min in the drive through, it was only 2 car in front of me. I ask the guy why was the wait that long, he said we short of every thing, chicken was barely warm, Chips were soggy I don’t think they make that fresh. So what is the wait for. Please put a sign up if the waiting time was so long. For your convenience and our convenience.

   The chicken was awful, the seasoning was rich, for a $39 bucket let's say the chicken could have been fresher and cooked longer.. The potato n gravy was a hit, but the watery coleslaw, nah that wasn't nice either, not a nice KFC

   Ordered a Wicked Feast and had it delivered to my daughter's place. Order was missing the large Potato and Gravy and was luke warm at the best. Not up to the finger licking good standard at all

   Dined in. The food was disgusting. I got a 2 piece pack. The roll was stale and cold. The chicken was only just warm and dry as. The burgers I got for my granddaughters were not what we asked for. To busy serving the drive-thru rather than caring about the customers inside. Will not be going back to this KFC. EVER....

   The most disgusting burger I’ve ever eaten in my life. Bottom was soggy and lettuce wasted awful and old. Was brown soggy and warm. Almost felt like being sick.

   Food is the worst in new zealand, hand down from any kfc, never fresh, always been laying hours in a walmer, expect to pay for fresh stuff, but always a let down,place is always dirty on floors and tables, staff is always friendly, drive through always quick and inside you going to wait more than 15+- min to get your food from a walmer, not even fresh. Disappointed every time I go there, with the hope it's going to be better than the previous time.

   Junior staff fine, but the female manager at the time moaned when I asked for a bag to put the items in for a takeaway. The takeaway wasn't for me, so me turning-up with items clutched in my hands is uncool for food safety ! Not the only thing noticed !

   Hey, I love KFC I would eat it every day, I used to when I had a car!Now my carbon footprint is so good but I rely on delivery when is I gave 1 star. Shame the management doesn't get with the times, the days on long lines at the drive thru should be a thing of the old days, delivery is the way to go.

   Food was good but the service was non existent. Waited half an hour because they missed our self order. The restaurant was so cold could have got hypothermia, not sure whether they realize that it is now late autumn not a sweltering hot summer day, could turn the heat up to 19 at least. Ate in our car where it was much warmer at 17° instead of dining in like we were going to. Restaurant was clean but was too cold to suffer through when we finally got our food.

   Very popular, every weekend is always busy. Staff are very fast and friendly even though its busy they still smiling and very approachable.Park are not enough for a long queue.
