I just ordered some fish&chips and 2 burgers, the worst fish&chips I ever had, must have new owners, because the quality of the food was never like that was disgusting. Don't go there unless you wanna waste your money, try Mayfair express definitely a better choice, fish was fresh and melt in your mouth.
I can’t understand the previous negative comments. I travel all over Aotearoa and these are the best fish and chips I’ve had! Really generous portions, crisp batter, chips beautifully cooked. Thank you!
Worst fish n chips!! Greasy, oily, over cooked and burnt. Will never order from here again. I wasted over $70.
Worst fish n chips I've had in hastings. Batter was thick and undercooked on the inside but somehow the outside was overcooked and tasted burnt.Also really greasy wouldn't go back there only nice thing was the L&P
Clean and friendly. Food was cooked perfectly. Finally Hastings has bloody good chippy, had too make a special trip Napier to get a quality fish and chips. Great gas saver. 22july. Came back again and so happy I did, tried the dulux beef burger and it was beautifully cooked and presented, the ingredients are all fresh all in all most definitely a gourmet burger. Potatoe fritters were excellent too
NEW OWNERS AS OF 2023 and all I can say is they are AMAZING. Food is great and very generous in size. Mynonly Fish n Chip go to now.
