   Great drink, the poor lady serving was swamped though, she stayed positive but it took well over 20mins for my order, definitely need more than one person over lunch. Not her fault, seems like management issues. It would be helpful to have a warning about the wait so people can choose whether to wait when they order.

   Sorry to leave this review but I truly believe if no one says anything then nothing changes. Went yesterday for my favourite (and usual) at this location. Took ages for the two ladies to serve or acknowledge me. I asked for a frozen yoghurt with strawberry and passionfruit (my usual order here) to which they let me know they now only allow one flavour. After a wait the order came out, both frozen youghtuts served with forks, not spoons. The flavour was very bland like there was literally half the amount of fruit in there. Really disappointed. Not sure whether this is a decision from the boss or not. I hope my feedback can be helpful because cost cuts like this impact customer experience and effect future business. I will no longer be a return customer especially when there are other vendors selling the same product nearby.

   Bought a Full Classic drink today, first time in this location. The lady who made my drink seem to have not measured it well when she made it, so she tipped all the content back into the blender and added more ice and blended. I received my drink and it was still not full and it tasted as if it was watered down so much and a bit runny (probably due to added ice). I love tank, but this was probably the worst one I've had

   We went there in the morning for our regular juice fix. The variety of juices available is excellent. The menu has increased two fold. Apart from juices and smoothies they are offering salads as well. The best part is having anything from Tank doe not make you feel guilty of eating unhealthy food. The service is always good. Location is great. There is some parking but not big enough. We preferred walking from out camp site. The staff is helpful. The place is super clean and tidy. Feels welcoming. I would suggest to extend range of super goods like wheatgrass and or barley grass.

   Extremely disappointed! I am a very loyal customer of tank in Auckland. Here for work and placed an order for a salad at 4:35 and the lady said to me no sorry we are all packed up, I realised they closed at 5pm and I said to the lady she needs to make my salad. Staff member was not happy to make the salad and completely made the wrong order and left out the chicken that I added (paid extra for) Probably the worst tank experience I have had! Very very disappointing.

   Went into this store at about 3.40pm today. Staff at counter saw us, then with no acknowledgement went on to continue making orders. We stood there for about 5 minutes before someone came up to serve us, during that time one of the staff was cleaning dishes and making a point of discussing out loud to her colleague that they need to close in 10 minutes, as if we were an inconvenience. I proceeded to order a juice and my partner a smoothie then the girl doing the dishes called out to say that we couldn't order any juices as they've already cleaned it up. The girl at the counter was suprised about us not being able to order a juice, as we're we as we had got there 20mins before close. I don't usually waste my time with Google reviews but the customer service was terrible! Fair enough if they had already cleaned up, but they should've told us outright instead of letting us stand there for over 5 minutes unacknowledged then tell us. Today's Staff could definitely do with some training on customer service.
