The most unfriendly liquor store that I have ever been into. Staff totally cold. No warmth. Could not be bothered to help carry purchases out to the car despite my obvious inability to do it myself. Never coming back to this store. Far friendlier retailer nearby.

I've been coming here for 2 years and the 'lady with the long dyed dark hair and bright pink lipstick' is amazing. Always there to assist and have a good chat. I purposely go there on friday and a Saturday just to see her. Only bottle store i go to. Period.
Went to this place first time on Saturday. I can guarantee you I will never step in that place again! The service myself and my friend got from the old lady who worked there with long dyed dark hair and bright pink lipstick was discusting! The way she spoke to us was absolutely outrageous, if I could have got my purchase at another bottle store I would have but unfortunately that place only had it. I was going to buy a few different bottles but thought im not going to give you any more of my money. I will definatly tell everyone to keep away from this store. Our usual shop is big barrel stortford lodge and they are brilliant there so everyone reading this STAY AWAY FROM BIG BARREL HAVELOCK NORTH

Geez this place had gone down hill, shopped here for years and used to be great service when the Indian guy and girl were working there. (Literally just changed my 5 star review to a 1) i have been in occasionally over the last year or 2 and been let down by the rudeness of the staff. So bad I'm actually not going back
Thankyou so much for your efficient delivery service over the lockdown, very lovley people and I would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a very affordable and friendly service, it was only $5 delivery for us who live rurally. Liquor Prices are also very reasonable compared to other similar businesses. 10/10
Standard price of items is equivalent to sales prices elsewhere, so I would go here for all the general weekly drinks. Does not have a great range of some overseas liqueurs I might occasionally go for, but has pretty good deals and sales on their already cheap stock.
