   Customer service was alright. Bit clumsy when bringing food to our table they dropped the sauce on the floor.. food wasnt amazing but ok.. however a bit on the pricier end. Realized I forgot to use my Columbus card when we paid so when I asked if it is possible to add the points afterwards, they said no....

   We were greeted by staff who were too busy to serve us straight away. We ordered then went to sit down only to find it difficult to find a clean seat. Bird poo all over the seats! When our food and drinks arrived, no spoon for tea or coffee and no knife to eat the bacon and egg pie.

   Used to be a great place to eat. But today the chairs had bird poo on them at 9am in the morning, the Bacon and Egg pie was overcooked, dry and came with no relish, (which it used to) and I purchased a Milkshake based on the photo on the board, which was advertising their new milkshakes and it looked nothing like advertised. Just really disappointing.

   Came for a brunch and thought I would treat myself to a breakfast “bagel” I say that term loosely as the bagel I got was not a bagel at all but rather a bun with a hole punched in the top. Now I am no baker but I’m pretty confident this is not a bagel. It did taste quite nice but I was very disappointed in being mislead.

   The service was amazing and the young ladies out the front was kind and very helpful to me. The cafe is understaffed and the manager just stays out the back when she needs to be helping out the front when they get busy! I frequently come here and the staff don't look "Happy" and that is because of the unnecessary stress this company puts onto them. If it wasn't for the lovely staff I would never come back!

   Great place for coffee and a slice, get there early because it gets super busy. When busy I find the coffee takes a really long time. You can sit outside in the garden area if you can nab a table, otherwise it's quite noisy inside the cafe. Great food, but minus points for being too noisy for me when busy, and the coffee taking too long.

   Clean, bright, friendly, and it's nice to stop and think before that major purchase at mitre 10. I love the orange cakes, but find the frosting a bit too sweet. Great coffee as always!
