After trying on shoes, they were customised with a shoe editing machine to get the perfect fit. I highly recommend their fantastic shop to friends, family and everyone else!

However, I truly find it a pleasure to do business with this family! As a customer, I find the proprietors of this store genuinely welcoming.    Purchased three pairs of Birkenstock sandals from Athena Shoes. The owners daughter served me and was awesome to deal with. Really knowledgeable helpful on which sandals were best suited for my needs including the best size for my feet. The service was so great I ended up buying an extra pair for my son at the same time.    I live out of town but in the past I've generally found shoes to work for me here when visiting Napier so I went back. The customer service was awful this time, I had to ask for assistance and even after doing so the assistants went back to gossiping about their weekend when I required their help further. Thankfully I found what I was after quickly.

   Absolutely amazing quality shoes! The owners take pride in what they do and they do it well! From the moment you walk in you are looked after by people who really care about giving you the best fit and the best shoe for your feet! I cant remember the last time I went to a shoe shop that actually cared about the comfort and quality of the shoes they sell! You have to check them out!
