Two weeks ago, my dog Leo developed a hematoma on his right ear that was causing discomfort but not pain. I took him to the vet for a checkup. The vet told me he needed surgery, which I declined because I couldn't afford it. I asked for another option, and he said he could drain it. He gave me some painkillers, but warned me it would probably happen again. Today, I had to go back to the vet because it reappeared, and this time it was painful. I was seen by another vet, who told me my dog had an ear infection and needed treatment. I've spent around $600, and my dog is still undergoing treatment because the first vet never mentioned an infection. Which really bothers me because it's apparently a common occurrence in dogs
Fantastically helpful and friendly staff who fitted us in while passing through town with a collie suffering with dermatitis and in need of more medication. Highly recommended.
Terrible! Got to the stage we just couldn't keep going back, couldn't fix our dogs ears. Ended up going out of town l, problem fixed in one visit.
Great clinic, friendly staff and so helpful. I came in with two puppies and made a mess and they were so helpful.
