Absolutely outstanding care today for my wife, while travelling nz in our motorhome she needed to be seen to identify her seemingly serious problem and get treated, the professional staff at this hospital acted in a swift professional pace and got her sorted, thank you once again your all awesome
Amazing service today in the day ward from Courtney and her team. The three of them were absolutely run ragged looking after us all having infusions, transfusions, chemo and whatever. The ladies never once complained or diverted from the amazing care and consideration, if only for a sip of water or cold coffee. A++++
I am very thankful to Dr Garry Nixon and team who attended to me at Dunstan Hospital. I arrived after hours and was given great care and prompt treatment. The nurses on duty (special mention to Laura) were by my side the whole time, reassuring me and keeping my spirits up. I felt very safe in their hands. Thank you very much Dr Garry and team!
Massive thank you to the entire team at Dunstan Hospital for the outstanding care of my father in law Hank. Dr Gary & his team of doctors were always caring & respectful at all times. Every nurse that cared for him were empathetic, & really showed how truly caring they are on all his visits & specially on his last visit. They respected his wishes & constantly kept up their world class care. There seemed a genuine interest & huge compassion given to him at all times. As a family we couldn’t have asked for a better treatment care for him. Thank you for keeping his dignity at all times.
If You’re in mental health distress please DO NOT contact this hospitals team. They refused to even see me on grounds of not having a correct visa. Social worker that referred me from wanaka was herself distraught by their answers. Same day i got a follow up call telling me that i should go back to my home country! Unprofessional, unhinged, and reckless i doubt those people can help anyone in dire situation. Please look for help anywhere else, as they would rather throw you away then provide help
Thanks so much for the experience yesterday looking after Jack who was referred from Cardrona. From the moment we walked in Naomi made us feel very welcome. Nurses Sarah and Tracey were also caring and efficient. Thanks too to Dr Trevor. We will remember the outstanding care provided when we get home to Sydney, Thanks again.
We are so pleased that the District Nurse room is so much easier to get to for people with disabilities. My husband finds it hard to walk and the new room is much more accessible from the car park outside. Thanks again
